The office of the registrar handles admissions and oversees the administration of internal and external examinations. We are on an upward trend as far as student enrolment is concerned and this has been realized through rigorous marketing of the institution. 

Every year, we have three main intakes i.e. January, May and September. The intakes admits new students across all departments; Building and Civil Dept, Electrical Dept, ICT Dept, Fashion Design Dept,
Hospitality Dept, Cosmetology, Business Dept and Mechanical Dept.
Our students are examined by CDACC, NITA and KASNEB, mainly at Diploma/Level 6, Certificate/Level 5 and Artisan/Level 4.  

The Diploma/Level 6 students are required to have a
minimum qualification of C- (minus), Certificate/Level 5 students require a minimum qualification of D (plain) while Artisan/Level 4 requires a minimum qualification of D- (minus). 

The KASNEB students are admitted at two levels i.e. ATD and CPA. The ATD students require a minimum qualification of C- (minus) with D+ in Maths while the CPA requires a minimum qualification of C+ with C+ in Mathematics. Every year, we graduate students in
various courses most of whom are quickly absorbed in the job market. Those who start at Level 4 can upgrade once they complete the level.  

Currently, the institution is offering a modularized training, where trainees are taken through thorough practicals, assessed and certified at every module. On examinations, we present candidates to CDACC, KASNEB and NITA national examination bodies mainly in
March, July and November every year, ensuring that all the examination registration processes are duly met.
