Our qualified counseling team provides a wide range of services, including:
Personal Counseling
One-on-one sessions to help students manage stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, grief, and other emotional concerns.Academic Counseling
Support in study skills, time management, motivation, handling academic pressure, and career pathway planning.Career Guidance
Helping students explore career opportunities, understand job market demands, and prepare for interviews or transitions into the workforce.Group Counseling & Workshops
Group sessions and awareness forums on topics such as:Drug and substance abuse
Mental health awareness
Relationships and peer pressure
Gender-based violence
Life skills and personal development
Crisis Intervention
Immediate response to students in distress, ensuring urgent support is provided with confidentiality and care.
Who Can Access Counseling Services?
All students and staff members are welcome to seek support. The services are free, confidential, and offered with professionalism and empathy.
