As the Deputy Principal of Administration & Finance at Kandara TVC, I am entrusted with overseeing the college’s non-academic operations to ensure a seamless, supportive environment for both trainees and staff. My role centers on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative systems—ranging from resource management and infrastructure to student services and institutional support—so that learners can focus fully on their educational and personal development goals.
